CDK Tıbbi Malzeme Tic.Ltd.Şti. was founded as a partnership by Özden Dallı and Yasemin Dallı in the December of 2000. CDK, as of its first years in operation, attributing to the importance of imports and having secured in a very short time the distributorships in the area of Consumable Materials, Surgical Products and Stem Cell Theraphy, has approached its goal in a short time and in determination. EXEL, CELLGENIX, BIOTEQ and VIVOSAT products, in a consequtive order, have found their rightful places in the imports-marketing and sales network of CDK. Under OEM agreements reached in the year 2005 in various countries, the VEXLIFE brand was designed and in the consumable materials group, new CDK patented products were availed to the market. With very careful inspections and meticulous approaches carried at the production points, in a short time CDK achieved the status of being a re-known trademark in the market.  In the year 2007, the partnership structure of CDK being amended and with the participation and contributions of Ömer Şen has entered into the Diagnostics area. First of all, by entering into a distributorship agreement with the AUTOGENOMICS company, it has taken a step forward into the molecular diagnostics market with a new technology. Right after this, with the entrance of Urea Breath Test, one of the top products in its field, into CDK's products scale, which is produced by OTSUKA Pharma and marketed nearly in 32 countries, CDK has once more proved to be permenantly active in the market.

CDK, having improved its vision with its new corporate identity and new goals, aims to be one of the indispensable companies in its field of health sector with its new products, qualified personel structure and quality product imports.
